The Birthday Barn must be reserved in advance and it does book rather quickly. It is only available during our festival seasons.

Our Birthday Barn is located conveniently near the entrance for guests to easily find while still central to the activity area of the farm. With the rental of the Birthday Barn, you will get 4 picnic tables, (2) folding tables for food/gifts and a trash can. You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks or have a local pizza place deliver. *No alcohol may be brought onto the farm*
The rental for our Pumpkin Festival is $50 for 1 time slot

How does a birthday work at Western Belle?
All birthday guests will be given the discounted admission rate of $14 at the admissions building on the day of your reservation! The birthday child is FREE!
*Please note, all visiting parents/adults will have to pay admission to enter the farm. Please have them mention your reservation upon arrival.
Depending on your budget, there are two options for the admissions:
- If you are paying for admission for your guests, we ask that you provide a guest list to give the admission building staff upon your arrival. You will be charged for the admissions on that list. We will check off the guests as they arrive and direct them to the Birthday Barn. At the end of your party, please return to admissions and if there are any guests on your list that did NOT attend, we will refund you for the unused ticket(s).
- If you choose to only pay for the children invited and select adults, include them on your list. Other guests that arrive and mention your party will be given the discounted admission rate and will be charged and then directed to your Birthday Barn space.
Birthday Favors available: For $2/each, we can provide you with animal feed cups to use as party favors. They can be purchased the day of the birthday at the farm.
*Please note: Having a birthday at our festival is an outdoor event. Therefore, it is weather dependent. Should we have to close the farm due to the weather or farm conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be issued a full refund for the reservation fee. Please have a back up plan for the day in the event the farm closes.*
