We love hosting Festivals on the Farm for our community and even more, we love using those Festivals as a way to GIVE BACK!
Our Farm Fundraising started in 2014 in memory of Jan Lawyer, Taylor’s father. Losing her father to cancer and being thrown in the driver’s seat of a fall farm festival business at the ripe age of 21, Taylor decided to use the farm festivals as a way to give back in her father’s memory.
The very first Farm Fundraiser in 2014 raised just over $11,000 for the American Cancer Society. After 8 years of fundraisers, over $50,000 was raised for both larger and local organizations and causes.
However, a move to Texas doesn’t mean the fundraising stops! In fact, we are proud of the Farm Fundraiser’s at Western Belle and we officially kicked off our efforts with our very first year of Farm Festivals. Here is a list of the fundraising we have accomplished at the farm… with plans to do much more!
