- How do I find your farm?
Here is the address for your GPS: 7929 Heritage Parkway, West, TX 76691
We are just 4 miles off of I-35. Take the exit for T M West Parkway, head toward the town of West on Oak Street and stay straight on to Heritage Parkway. Farm will be on the right.
You will see open flags and a festival banner on an old farm truck clearly marking the entrance.
- Is parking free?
Parking is free at our farm. There will be stakes & ribbon for you to self-park.
- Are dogs/pets allowed?
Yes! We sell a “Pup Pass” in which 100% of the proceeds are donated to the local animal non-profit we are featuring for the season. For fall 2024 it is Fuzzy Friends Rescue of Waco!
They will need to remain leashed at all times and you will be responsible for the clean up of any poo. We don’t mind animal poo here, but no one wants it stuck to their shoe π
- Do you accept credit cards? Cash? Apple Pay?
Yes! Yes! Yes! All types of credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. Cash is accepted too! All check-out areas around the farm are able to accept your card or cash payments.
Checks are NOT accepted. Cash App is NOT accepted either.
- What does admission include?
Admission is $16 per person (Saturdays & Sundays) and $12 per person on Fridays (it includes sales tax) π
Ages 2 and under are free! You can enjoy hours of fun for the whole family! Admission includes over 20+ activities at the farm.
Additional cost for the Apple & Pumpkin Cannons, Pumpkins picked to purchase, and any food from concessions!
- Do you allow alcohol or smoking on the farm?
We unfortunately no longer allow smoking on the farm due to the incredibly dry environment and risk of fire. Thank you for understanding!
We have our Retailers On-Site Premise license and therefore, we do NOT allow outside alcohol to be brought to the farm. We reserve the right to limit beer purchases and ID verification will always be checked.
- Are concessions available? May I bring my own food in?
Concessions are available! We have refreshing fresh lemonade, fresh & warm donuts, hand popped kettle corn, burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, steak street tacos, and french fries. Churros, Texas-sized soft pretzels, corn in a cup, chips & salsa & more. Kona Ice is also at the farm!
You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks! We have plenty of shaded seating for you to enjoy a picnic on the farm!
- What is your weather policy?
Always check our Facebook page and home page of our website or call before visiting the farm if it has a chance of rain. We only completely close if it is pouring rain all day. Since activities are outside, please dress for the weather. Wear old shoes! After rain, the field and grass areas can get muddy. Remember, it is your choice to visit our farm on days with possible inclement weather. Therefore, we are not able to issue refunds once you have ENTERED the farm.
- Do you have a Photography Policy?
Yes! Please find our Photography Policy here.
You are allowed to take pictures at our farm. Please tag us on social media! @WesternBelleFarm
If you are a professional photographer looking to book a session for your clients, you may either come during our weekend hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (everyone must pay admission) or schedule one of our photography sessions. Please see our Photography Policy for more information. To book a weekday session, please see our Photographer Session ticket options.
- What is your restroom situation?
We have portable restrooms, and we do try to keep them as clean as possible! You also have a wristband that will get you entrance all day, and there are fast food restaurants and gas stations within a couple miles of the farm! Be sure to stop by Geriks, Oak Street or The Czech Stop for some great local Kolaches while in town!
- Do any activities have age requirements?
There are no age restrictions on any of our activities, but younger ones may need assistance from a parent or guardian on activities such as the cannons and the Beeline mini zip lines.
- Is the farm handicap accessible?
While we do everything we can so that everyone can enjoy the activities, our farm is a working farm and activities are in a field. Some of the paths are grass, dirt or stone. Some wheelchairs, small strollers and wagons may have trouble in the U-Pick fields especially. Please check the weather or call the farm to check on the conditions of the grounds in the event we recently had rain. The mud can make the grounds extra challenging.
- Do you have group discounts/reservations?
Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. Reservations must be made in advance. Please visit our Group Reservations page for more information.
- Are outside vendors allowed?
We try to keep a specific “experience” for our customers at the farm. Therefore, in most cases, no, we don’t allow outside vendors.
Occasionally for special events and when we need additional food vendors to service customers, we will make exceptions.
