Our ground was so incredibly dry leading up to this weekend that it has soaked up this rainfall rather well!
We feel that we can offer a safe & enjoyable experience at the farm today so we are opening it up! There are a couple places with mud, but they can be easily walked around/avoided. (Just ask our customers yesterday!)
The delayed opening is giving additional time for the ground to dry and for staff to make sure that all activities are dry and useable!
WE WILL NOT have a hayride today. That is the only modification. The hayride trail in the back of our farm goes through the lower lying part and unfortunately that trail is not safely passable.
Yay for another Pumpkin Festival day on the farm! 🎃
